We believe that by providing essential KEY LIFE SKILLS and YOUTH LIFE COACHING programmes, that are reflective, motivational, and inspiring, we enrich the personal growth and support the positive self –development of young people. We create a positive learning environment, which enables young people to believe in themselves, maximise their full potential, so they are fully prepared and successful when taking the next steps in life.

TRU-Empowerment enables, empowers and provides BESPOKE, engaging Youth Development Programmes and services, targeted towards young people aged 8-18, so they are able to live their best lives and find new positive direction for their futures. We support ALL young people; including the gifted and talented, but in particular those who are Vulnerable, Looked After, Under-achieving in Education, NEET’s (Not in Education, Employment or Training) or at ‘Risk’ of Dis-engagement from society and their families.
TRU-Empowerment prides itself on providing a forum, where learners are truly valued and
heard. Our learners are actively listened to, so they can share their views and experiences
in a safe, supportive, non-judgemental, reflective, experiential learning environment.
Our courses and programmes, are targeted towards 8 to 18 YEAR OLDS and are tailor-made to suit the individual’s needs. They can be delivered in either a group setting or one-to-one, depending on the specific requirements. We use multiple techniques, aiming to ensure a positive, progressive, experiential learning experience.
